Returns

Due to the handcrafted, handwoven and limited-edition nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.

Any eligible return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Personalized, customized or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases involving a defective item, damaged item or shipping error attributable to Noori Couture.

Exchanges

Due to the handwoven, handcrafted and limited-edition nature of our products, Noori Couture does not offer exchanges.

Each piece is individually created and, in many cases, available in limited quantities or as a one-of-a-kind creation.
